What They’re Saying
Free Labor Guide
I’m a doctor of physical therapy, board certified in orthopedics and pelvic health who believes true strength comes from treating the whole system.
I graduated from Rutgers in 2017 and have spent my career recognizing the powerful overlap between orthopedic health and the pelvic floor—systems that are too often treated separately, despite working together in nearly every movement we make.
My approach blends evidence-based strength training with yoga, breathwork, and hands-on modalities like dry needling and craniosacral therapy. Long before becoming a mom of two, I was drawn to pelvic health through my own experiences as a child—an early lesson in how deeply the pelvic floor impacts overall well-being.
Motherhood further shaped my work. During pregnancy and postpartum, I experienced firsthand how valuable accessible, trustworthy information can be—especially when it fits into real life and can be accessed from your phone. That understanding led me to create online programming and share evidence-based education through social media, so support and guidance extend far beyond the clinic walls.
Today, I help all genders and ages build strong, resilient bodies through integrated, pelvic floor–informed movement—wherever they are in their journey.
