reBlume
The proven system for a healthy pregnancy
and a strong recovery
You’re finally stepped out of the fog,
want to workout, but your core feels… different?
Exercise is proven to optimize
maternal & fetal outcomes.
But, figuring out how to move can be
totally overwhelming.
Do you modify the plank?
Stick to light weights?
To kegel or not?
Rolling over is starting to hurt and you’re noticing coning + doming.
You think, “I'll just walk.”
But the leakage and back pain are literally
stopping you in your tracks.
It’s time for labor prep,
perineal massage,
and scar mobilization.
What does that even mean?
You think -
"How did we get here already?”
Dr. Ayesha Bhonsle PT, DPT, OCS, PRPC, RYT
As a pelvic health physical therapist and a mom of two, I’ve first hand seen the gravity of how perinatal exercise minimizes pain and maximizes recovery.
Hear it from them
You can actually prevent aches and pains
when you start intentional prenatal movement in your second trimester
You can even stop the dysfunction once it’s started
when you learn to work with your changing body, instead of against it.
With a strong core and pelvic floor you will
prevent pain, prolapse, leakage and tissue trauma.

“I’m 37 weeks now and your birth prep course has been a game changer. Feels so good once I get the workouts done.”
Seeing just how much we go through, and how few doctors are actually specialized in pelvic health
made me question everything.
Which is why I created this program — to give
moms like you access to this care, around the world.
From your homes, with your baby, at your pace.
Knowledge is power.
Exercise is medicine.
Meet Dr. Ayesha
I’m Dr. Ayesha Bhonsle, a pelvic health physical therapist, mom of two, and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience helping women reconnect with their bodies after birth.
I had to learn the hard way - my first pregnancy was incredibly difficult, with a long labor and a second degree tear (with a much smaller baby) that hurt me for over a year postpartum.
During my second pregnancy, I craved a workout that actually worked—something that made me feel strong again, relieved my aches, reconnected me to my core, and gave me space to breathe.
Doing this exact program made my second pregnancy so. much. easier, with less discomfort, an easier labor and no tearing. I couldn’t believe that we got to 40+5 without pain.
I built this recovery system based on my knowledge as a board certified orthopedic physical therapist and pelvic rehabilitation practitioner, getting myself and thousands of other moms back to heavy lifts, running, jumping and the activities we love, without depends.
LET’S REBEL
when traditional perinatal care just isn’t enough:
Moms experience less pain, more confidence in pregnancy, and an easier labor and recovery with my evidence based program.
